Pregamming

We are heading to our cousins' for dinner in an hour and Evan is heating up a frozen meal.

B: What are you doing!?!
E: I haven't had lunch yet!!!
B: But we're going to eat in an hour. Why are you angry?
E: I'm not angry
B: Why did you yell?
E: I didn't yell
B: We will have one meal at cousins' and then another here. That's two.
E: Yeah. [Keeps opening the package]
B: Ok. Eat now and again and again
E: Good idea. Thank you.

What's another frozen dinner? I should've just let it pass. I already asked him to vacuum and he did. I need to be more patient and consider the low cost of a frozen dinner. Oh, and the "don't spoil your appetite" would not have been a relevant reasonable response.

Museums at 5pm

Living in DC changed Evan's life. For one thing, he remembers that the Smithsonian museums close at 5pm. And this is true for most other museums as well.

Therefore, whenever it is nearly 5pm, Evan checks his phone for the time and tells me that the museums are about to close.

The other day we were eating lunch at 2pm. With no plans to go near a museum.

E: Hey Brigham, museums close in 3 hours.
B: Ok. Thank you.
